The primary responsibilities for this position are Quality Assurance, PPAP, Kaizen, and working with customers to resolve quality issues relating to manufacturing.

• The successful candidate will have 4-6 years of quality or manufacturing engineering experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of Kaizen, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing is desired.
• Past experience in needlepunched nonwovens, process development validation/support, or molding operations preferred.
• Some travel required.
• Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related field is strongly preferred.
