CON-FORM® is an innovative and cost-effective trunk lining product. It is wear resistant and can be molded to fit sheet metal contours. CON-FORM® is aesthetic, functional, environmentally friendly. It is easy to install and maintains its good appearance through years of service. Also, it is non-rattling and does not require isolation pads used on plastic trim components. CON-FORM® products have inherent structural integrity and can be designed with varying degrees of rigidity.
CON-FORM II® is a patented material suitable for all molded trunk trim applications. It offers a higher stiffness-to-weight ratio and deeper drawer compared to the original CON-FORM® while providing the same features of quality and appearance.

TARA-LOCK® nonwovens are the latest in a long line of molded and nonwoven product advancements developed by FFT. Designed specifically to solve the bearding (fiber pullout) problem of veloured carpets, TARA-LOCK® is manufactured using An innovative process that utilizes low-melt polymeric fibers instead of traditional latex back coatings. TARA-LOCK® offers a variety of surface styling options combined with vastly superior bearding and abrasion resistance. DURA-BOND®
is a decorative stitch-bonded needlepunched nonwoven carpet suitable for use in automotive and truck interior trim for seating, door panels, headliners and cab liner.
Sewable Felt
is a decorative color-matched or color-coordinated needlepunched nonwoven surface carpet combined to a thermally bonded, dimensionally stable nonwoven substrate. The product is specifically engineered for cut-and-sew applications such as seatbacks where a product with excellent stability and seam strength is required, combined with ease of sewing.
